It is for the information of all concerned that the Viva-Voce Examination of the following ME student of IICT has been scheduled on 05-10-2023 in Office of Director IICT, IIT building, MUET Jamshoro. THURSDAY 05-10-2023 at 11:00 am - Ms. Faryal (19 ME MECH 01) - Mr. Masood Nazir (19 ME MECH 10) * Candidates appearing for Viva voce examination are requested to bring copy of ASRB letter (approved) and comments along with them on the day of their viva voce examination.

Students of 19 Batch, who qualified final seminars are directed to complete their final viva voce examination on or before October 15, 2023. All following students are also informed to collect ASRB letter from Admin Office, IICT during office hours.

It is for the information of all concerned that the second progressive seminar to be delivered by following PhD student of IICT as per requirement of Advanced Studies and Research Board (ASRB) has been scheduled on August 28, 2023 at 02:00 PM in the Video Conferencing Hall of IICT building, Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro.

It is for the information of all concerned that the Repeat Initial Seminar, Final seminar and Viva Voce Examination of following ME students of IICT have been scheduled on August 29, 2023 at 10.00 am in the Video Conferencing Hall of IT building; as per requirement of the Advanced Studies and Research Board (ASRB), Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro. All students are required to bring 08 hard copies of the presentation. Candidates are suggested don’t print Bismillah بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ on Hard copies. Maximum Duration of an Initial Seminar will be 10 minutes and that of a final seminar will be 15 minutes. During the presentation, at least one supervisor/co-supervisor must be present. Students must clear their dues up to 3rd semester, at least one day before their scheduled date of seminar Candidates are suggested to write literature review in tabular form along with one slide of “literature review summary”. Candidates appearing for Final seminar or repeat Initial seminars are requested to bring 8 copies of ASRB letter (approved or unsatisfactory) along with them on the day of their seminar. All faculty members of IICT are invited to attend.
