It is for the information of all concerned that the Seminars of following ME students//viva voce exam of IICT have been scheduled on 07 April and 09 April, , 2025 at 10.00 am in the Video Conferencing Hall of IT building; as per requirement of the Advanced Studies and Research Board (ASRB), Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro.
- student is required to bring 06 hard copies of the presentation.
- Candidates are suggested don’t print Bismillah بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ on Hard copies.
- Maximum Duration of an Initial Seminar will be 20-25 minutes.
- Maximum Duration of an Final Seminar will be 25-30 minutes.
- During the presentation, at least one supervisor/co-supervisor must be present.
- Students must clear their dues at least one day before their scheduled date of seminar
- Candidates are suggested to write literature review in tabular form along with one slide of “literature review summary”.
- All faculty members of IICT are invited to attend.
- Students are directed to add slide(s) of compliance of comments/recommendation of experts and ASRB members in presentation.
