It is for the information of all concerned that the Initial/ Final seminars of following ME students of IICT have been RE-Scheduled from October 10, 2023 to October 17, 2023 at 10.00 am in the Video Conferencing Hall of IT building; as per requirement of the Advanced Studies and Research Board (ASRB), Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro.
- All students are required to bring 08 hard copies of the presentation.
- Candidates are suggested don’t print Bismillah بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ on Hard copies.
- Maximum Duration of an Initial Seminar will be 10 minutes and that of a final seminar will be 15 minutes.
- During the presentation, at least one supervisor/co-supervisor must be present.
- Students must clear their dues up to 3rd semester, at least one day before their scheduled date of seminar
- Candidates are suggested to write literature review in tabular form along with one slide of “literature review summary”.
- Candidates appearing for Final seminar or repeat Initial seminars are requested to bring 8 copies of ASRB letter (approved or unsatisfactory) along with them on the day of their seminar.
- All faculty members of IICT are invited to attend.
