Schedule of Seminars of M.E students of IICT on January 08 , 2025

It is for the information of all concerned that the Seminars of following ME students of IICT have been scheduled on January 08 , 2025 at 10.00 am in the Video Conferencing Hall of IT building; as per requirement of the Advanced Studies and Research Board (ASRB), Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro.

• student is required to bring 08 hard copies of the presentation.
• Candidates are suggested don’t print Bismillah بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ on Hard copies.
• Maximum Duration of an Initial Seminar will be 20 minutes.
• Maximum Duration of an final Seminar will be 40 minutes.
• During the presentation, at least one supervisor/co-supervisor must be present.
• Students must clear their dues up to 3rd semester, at least one day before their scheduled date of seminar
• Candidates are suggested to write literature review in tabular form along with one slide of “literature review summary”.
• Candidates appearing for Final seminar or repeat Initial seminars are requested to bring 8 copies of ASRB letter (approved or unsatisfactory) along with them on the day of their seminar.
• All faculty members of IICT are invited to attend.
• Students are directed to add slide(s) of compliance of comments/recommendation of experts and ASRB members in presentation.
